**The opportunity**
**Unity is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join our Finance Transformation & Systems team, embedded as a key partner to the Finance organization. In this role, you will spend your time configuring Workday Adaptive Planning models, collaborating with finance partners to troubleshoot data flows, and exploring AI-driven efficiencies to streamline monthly reporting and forecasting.**

The ideal candidate is someone who builds deep trust with Finance stakeholders, communicates technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences, and takes pride in the reliability and quality of the systems they support.
