Job Summary As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused on standardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of our continuous improvement framework within the Global Business Services scope. Responsibilities may include, but are limited to: Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results. Drive a culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, advocacy, and hands-on leadership.

Partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyse opportunities, and develop improvement plans for various workflows/systems and technologies.
