Position Overview
As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused onstandardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of continuousimprovement framework within the Global Business Services scope, with focus, but not exclusively, on theInvoice-to-Pay processes (ITP). Knowledge and/or experience in Invoice to Pay processes is required: invoice processing, payment methodology and remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries and dispute management,grief resolution, internal controls, and collaboration with Procurement/external teams. Responsibilities may include, but are limited to: Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results.
