Finance Transformation Manager - Swansea (12 Month FTC)

Hays Senior Finance are recruiting for a Finance Transformation Manager to join a well-established organisation based in Swansea on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a key role supporting a significant period of finance transformation and process improvement across the organisation.This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to lead business-critical change initiatives, improve financial reporting and planning processes, enhance management information, and drive efficiencies across the finance function. Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders, you will help deliver lasting improvements to systems, controls, reporting and decision-making.
