Job Description: This role involves:
- Ensuring timely payments in line with agreed supplier payment terms
- Processing bi-weekly payment runs
- Assisting with monitoring and managing company cashflow
- Reconciliation of online sales to bank receipts
- Supporting weekly and monthly reporting
- Assisting with audits, finance projects, and ad-hoc reporting
- Processing and reconciling loan and expense transactions
Skills & Experience: - 2-4 years experience in a financial accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to adapt, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification: - B.Com Accounting (or similar)
