Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified Financial Manager with a B. Com or similar with preferably Pastel (or any other package) and advanced Excel. This person will be supported by bookkeepers as well as Creditors/Debtors’ clerks.

The following will be expected from the FM:

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer and CEO Multi-company reporting (Average of 13 entities) Intercompany loan accounts reconciliations Reviewing agreements for financial implications and diarising same Gathering and compilation of development information for financing applications Liaising with Investec, Nedbank and Standard Bank in respect of financial queries FICA of multiple entities Reconciliations of various Bond Accounts Updating and reporting on company’s financial exposure Review and submit VAT recons to SARS for multiple entities Liaise with SARS auditors regarding VAT refund audits Provisional Tax review and submission Income Tax planning & review and submission of mul...
