Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting tasks within the department.
• Take part in control/booking of AP & AR, bank & other transactions.
• Provide support to recovering and balancing of accounts.
• Support the management of declarations towards the tax authority.
• Participate in the control and certification of fiscal deductions process.
• Manage Intrastat process including declarations.
• Lead the control and preparation of monthly VAT declaration.
• Ensure proper management of end of period funds.
• Actively participate in the development of projects related to fiscality/general accounting.
• Perform accounting registrations.
• Support in the activities needed for the monthly closing by performing reconciliations, accruals, etc.
