Position Overview

Take on the role of Financial Aid Support Specialist to assist students in navigating financial aid processes effectively. Work hand-in-hand with the Financial Aid Officer and provide essential clerical support.
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, you'll respond to student inquiries and offer in-depth guidance on various funding options. Your responsibilities will include managing applications, assessing eligibility, and ensuring that all student records are accurately maintained and reported. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline financial aid processes.
Key Responsibilities:
