The role involves managing end-to-end debt fundraising activities, building relationships with lenders, and maintaining high-quality financial and investor data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating fundraising transactions and strong data management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
Debt Fundraising & Execution:
•Identify and engage with banks, Non-Banking Financial Company, and financial institutions for debt funding
• Support and execute end-to-end debt fundraising transactions (term loans, working capital, structured finance)
• Prepare financial models, credit notes, and information memorandums
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for timely data and documentation
• Manage due diligence processes and lender queries
