- Accurate and timely recording of AP entries, accruals and charging of expenses.
- Ensures correct recording of accounts, locations, cost centers and related taxes.
- Cross-matching of supporting documents for AP processing.
- Coordinates with Procurement and other concerned departments for proper recording of AP.
- On-time endorsement of weekly payables for checking.
