**Overview**



The Financial Analyst is a key member of the financial leadership team for the plant. Responsible for maintaining financial control procedures, systems and standards as may be required for the proper performance of the accounting function within the limits of approved company practice. The Financial Analyst is an active resource in keeping the Plant Manager, Regional Controller, and other members of the staff appraised of deviations, analyzing performance and bringing best practices to the plant.



The most qualified candidate likely has some experience working in a manufacturing environment.



Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary range for this role is: $70,000 – $78,000 per year.
