Position Overview

            Responsible with the high degree of interaction with the Bank. 
Responsible with the preparation and execution of corporate finance transactions which would involve: 
cash flow management 
analysis of the Group's operations and financials 
project feasibility studies 
loan applications and; 
writing information memoranda 
Responsible with the preparation and creation of reports for the shareholders. 
Participate in credit/ investment discussions and assist in the preparation of all necessary documents requested by these counter-parties. 
Contribute with the Business development by: 
conceptualization / feasibility studies 
establishing and implementation of policies 
With 2 to 4 year s of working experience in Corporate Finance 
Graduates with the degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
