In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the plant’s financial performance through accurate analysis, reporting, and cross-functional partnership with operational leadership. You will be responsible for leading and developing a small team, including managing at least three hourly employees, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring five or more years of progressive accounting experience, demonstrating strong technical expertise and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. Additionally, candidates should be working toward or willing to obtain a CMA or CPA licensure, reflecting a commitment to continued professional growth and excellence in financial leadership.
