Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Financial Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance function through accurate creditor administration, fleet and asset management, staff administration, and general financial and operational support. Previous experience using Pastel Partner is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and creditor payments.
Prepare creditor payment schedules, remittances, and maintain accurate creditor records.
