A minimum of one year of brokerage client support experience
Client interaction experience, as Case Advisors will communicate directly with clients regarding complaints
Strong organizational and technical skills are required.
Case Advisors manage inventory using a Microsoft Excel tracker. (Having the candidate provide information about how they ve managed inventory and/or remained organized is helpful.)
