Responsibilities
Day to day identification and escalation of quality issues/risks
Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and management
Carry out service charge and other cost reconciliations
Utility cost tracking and re-charging
Regular reporting on property expenditures and lease contract data
Carry out appropriate tenant recharge calculations on time and in line with supporting legal documentation
Invoicing, documentation
To provide advice / support to other team members to enable and ensure their contribution to outputs and adherence to procedures
Preparation and calculation of finance amendments
Ensuring client and internal quality procedures are followed
Ad hoc reporting upon request, Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly reports & KPI reports
Preparing and presenting reports to be distributed to senior management and clients
