Candidate background needed:

* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified

* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft excel

* Understanding of US GAAP accounting is desirable.

* Previous experience of operating at a controller level

* Manufacturing experience with an understanding of costing

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, develop, and mentor the finance team, supporting a high-performance culture and individual development.

* Review and approve monthly accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.

* Cash management & forecasting for local leadership and corporate leadership
