I. About Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is a key leadership position responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations with a focus on high-level accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. A primary requirement for this role is a deep understanding of US Financial Standards , enabling the individual to bridge local financial reporting with US GAAP requirements. This role is essential for organizations operating as shared services, BPOs, or subsidiaries of US-based entities, ensuring that all financial data is investor-ready and compliant with international standards.
