A well-established and growing residential construction business based in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage the day-to-day finance function.

This is a hands‑on role that would suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys being involved in both the operational and strategic aspects of a growing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, cashflow management and supporting the Directors with commercial decision‑making.
