Major Duties and Responsibilities
Manage real estate loan insurance programs and tax tracking programs. Annual on-site client visits with the appropriate management to further institutionalize Ross & Yerger (R&Y) to the client.Create/prepare presentations for on-site client visits to review current products and production statistics, recommend broader coverages, and present opportunities for new products.Work with producers when appropriate to make proposals for new business and demonstrate the R&Y commitment to provide sales support.Assist with creating/preparing effective proposals for producers to use for new/renewal business. When needed, accompany producers when making proposal presentations.Manage the renewal process for clients’ policies, including marketing (as needed) and placement.Negotiate with broker partners/carriers to secure broad coverage and competitive pricing and terms for existing clients.Enter...
