Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMMANDER NAVAL SURFACE FORCE ATLANTIC (CNSL) ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT of CNSL ACCOUNTING EAST. Responsibilities You will perform or advise on work in any of the phase or systems of budget administration such as formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, program activities, and present and defend budget estimates before authorities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, control and report obligations, expenditures, develop, determine and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operation.
