Position Overview

                    Position Overview:       

      Lead a high-performing accounting, financial reporting, and analytics team supporting laboratory operations.     

      Own metrics reporting, process improvement, pricing and contract analysis, profitability analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.     

      Partner closely with sales, operations, corporate, and field teams, and present insights to senior leadership.     

      Report directly to the Director, Finance.     

       Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote per week; flexibility per business needs).       
 
        Key Responsibilities:       

      Manage the DeLand-based accounting, financial reporting, and data analytics team.     

      Coordinate and review month-end close processes.
