Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGER in the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE, (NWC) Responsibilities You will serve as the primary financial advisor and technical expert to the President, Provost, and Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff and their staffs. You will provide staff leadership and technical guidance in reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting financial program accomplishments. You will ensure complete accountability for federal financial resources and provides full disclosure of financial actions in compliance with statutory, requirements, regulations, directives, procedures and local policies.
