Analyse fund documentation and translate it into clear, actionable FundSettle rules. Interact with clients and agents, answering questions with accuracy and a proactive mindset. Support other operational teams, helping them resolve queries and prioritising what truly matters for our clients. Engage in problem-solving, handling approvals and escalations within defined frameworks. Contribute to complex investigations, continuous improvements, and cross-team initiatives.
