ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Business Analyst: Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team and perform planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical activities that provide the insights to support the company's business decisions and overall financial health.

To ensure that we hold true to our vision, the financial health and sustainability of the organisation is of utmost importance — not only for our members, but also for our crew. The finance team plays an important role in shining the light on the financial performance of the business, as well as identifying risks and opportunities for the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will turn numbers into narrative — building forecasts, sharpening pricing, tracking performance against KPIs and partnering with leaders across the business to drive better decisions.
