About the Role:

Makro Philippines (CP Axtra AC Corporation) is looking for an Assistant Manager - Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as we build out our finance function in a fast-moving retail startup environment. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, this role works closely with Finance leadership to provide the numbers and insights that guide business decisions across store and head office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data to track performance against budget and prior year
• Prepare variance analysis and management reports, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Assist in building financial models to support business cases, new store openings, and investment decisions
