1. Active participation and assistance to evaluate and implement various Corporate Finance programs relating to fund raising, investor relations, acquisitions, cash management, and hedging.
2. Work with various teams within Finance and with business, central functions toward achievement and completion of various business and functional initiatives aimed to improve performance.
3. Review quarterly management (financial and operational indicators), undertake regular benchmarking, and recommend value adding strategies to enhance reporting which optimizes value.
4. See through implementation of enhancements to various business and finance function practices for greater productivity and efficiency
5. Coordinate and strategize various GAR corporate matters and Responsibilty including those relating to the SGX, BOD and the public.
