Financial Reporting Analyst
Job Description
The Financial Reporting Analyst supports SEC reporting, property-level financial statement preparation, and corporate consolidation activities while partnering closely with accounting, finance, and auditing teams. This role focuses on accurate and timely external filings, audit support, REIT-related tax testing, and month-end close processes, leveraging advanced Excel skills and modern reporting tools to manage large data sets and complex accounting projects.
Responsibilities

+ Assist with the completion of periodic Securities and Exchange Commission filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, S-11s, S-3s, and other filings as needed.

+ Prepare standalone financial statements for specific properties when required.

+ Complete necessary documentation and support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
