**Job Description**
This role involves traveling to properties throughout the Rhode Island area to perform general building maintenance and light construction tasks. You will support the upkeep, repair, and improvement of commercial and residential facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**

+ Drive to multiple properties in the Rhode Island area to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
+ Carry out general building maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
+ Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning common areas, removing trash, and maintaining a neat and orderly environment.
+ Patch and repair roofs to address leaks and damage as needed.
