We are seeking skilled Carpenter Foremen to lead new residential projects. The role involves performing both rough and finish carpentry tasks, including backing, blocking, trim work, cabinetry, and door installations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage carpentry projects from start to finish.
+ Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks including backing, blocking, and trim work.
+ Install cabinetry and doors efficiently and accurately.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure project specifications are met.
+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ 5+ years of residential carpentry experience.
+ Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
