**Now Hiring: Manufacturing / Finishing Associate – 1st Shift**

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Associate to support assembly, finishing, and production operations in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble mechanical units to close tolerances with high accuracy
+ Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, cutters, and nut drivers
+ Assist with engineering prototype assembly and note errors or documentation changes
+ Load, unload, lift, and move materials using carts, forklifts, cranes, or jibs (if trained)
+ Prepare surfaces and apply paints, lacquers, or enamels
+ Hang and remove parts from paint lines
+ Scan work orders and serial tags to access blueprints
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Perform additional production duties as assigned
