Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site including but not limited to plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceiling joinery and decorative works.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of finishing activities in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reports on site activities, resource utilization and materials.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements and within the specified time and cost.
Inspect and close out snags and punch lists in coordination with the QA/QC and handover teams.
Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural and finishing works.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping on site.
Identify and resolve site‑related issues promptly and effectively.
