We are seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to join a flagship residential development in Eastleigh. This is a key role on a large-scale project approaching its final phases, requiring a detail-driven professional who can deliver high-quality homes in line with programme deadlines and exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing trades to ensure exceptional quality across multiple plots.

• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes.

• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong site presence to drive productivity.

• Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams to meet completion targets.
