SMDC is looking for a Finishing Assistant Manager in Davao del Sur to provide support in the execution and documentation of finishing works. You'll assist the Finishing Lead by monitoring the quality and timely completion of residential and common areas, ensuring adherence to safety and quality requirements.

Ideal candidates should have an Engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in property management or construction, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
