Billing Documentation and Validation
Receive, review, and analyze source documentation related to fuel supplies, including delivery tickets and customer contractsEnsure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with billing requirementsPrepare and compile complete billing packages for each fuel transactionData Accuracy and Exception Handling
Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation, pricing, or transaction dataServe as a point of contact for internal teams and third parties regarding billing inquiriesEscalate and track exception items to ensure timely resolutionCross Functional Collaboration
