Sr. Fin Ops Practitioner - Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Fin Ops Practitioner to join our growing
team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our cloud spending, driving cost
efficiency, and fostering a culture of financial accountability within our engineering and
product teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to
implement Fin Ops best practices and ensure we are maximizing the value of our cloud
investments.
Responsibilities:
 Cloud Cost Optimization:
o Analyze cloud spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
o Implement cost optimization strategies, such as rightsizing instances, utilizing
reserved instances, CUDs or savings plans, and leveraging spot instances.
o Develop and maintain cloud cost dashboards and reports to track key
performance indicators (KPIs).
