CapBay is in search of a Product Manager who will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle. This includes launching new initiatives and ensuring the continuous enhancement of existing financing products. The ideal candidate will closely assess market opportunities, define product goals, and project manage product launches.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years in product management within financial services or fintech are essential.
