Job Description

• Performs fire assay processes and disposal of fire assay wastes.
• Ensures that work performed is in accordance with SGS policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, Integrated Management System and other standards to which SGS subscribes, and SGS Safety Policies.
• Operates and monitors fire assay equipment.
• Assists in the preventive maintenance on fire assay equipment.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the laboratory.
