DESCRIPTION: This hybrid position will serve both as the Fire Chief and Search and Rescue (SAR) Coordinator.

The Borough Fire Safety Coordinator duties require planning fire operations in each village, coordinating training, investigations, reporting, and supporting incident management. The position will provide support to the Public Services Department and specifically the office of emergency management providing disaster assistance.

The Search and Rescue Coordinator duties require providing search and rescue services within the Borough. The position will also assist with disaster response and manage the day-to-day operations of the borough-wide trails program.
