The Fire Life Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring full compliance with the Fire Services Act 1988 , Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL 1984) , and all requirements set by the Corporate , while maintaining a safe environment for all guests, employees, and stakeholders.

As Fire & Life Safety Manager you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:

Regulatory and Corporate Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with all fire safety regulations under Malaysian law including UBBL 1984 and Fire Services Act 1988.
• Act as the main liaison with BOMBA Malaysia for inspections, audits, and certifications.
• Ensure validity and renewal of Fire Certificate (FC) and related statutory documents.
• Coordinate and close all findings from BOMBA and Corporate inspections within required timelines.
