Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and ticket updates.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
  • Promote IT security best practices and ensure compliance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
