To engage all guests in a friendly, professional and courteous manner, providing a world class experience for their day with us. First Tee/On Course Guides are part of our guests' first impressions of Big Cedar Golf. Therefore, besides properly greeting our guests you must be detailed oriented, be an excellent communicator with customer service skills, and possess strong time management skills.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Ability to drive a golf cart and work unsupervised
+ Have a basic understanding of all Big Cedar golf courses and Big Cedar properties with a genuine desire for ongoing learning
+ Excellent communicator and superior customer service skills
+ Have a basic familiarity with golf terminology and golf etiquette rules
+ Keep order, ensure prompt tee off and maintain the flow of golfers as they play the course
