Provide feedback from tenants and their contractors and propose action.
Monitor fit-out progress, highlight concerns and make appropriate recommendation.
Work with leasing on potential tenant’s requirement incl layout reconfiguration proposal and new/upgrade landlord provision.
Report fit-out status in weekly fit-out meeting and update minutes, work closely with Leasing to ensure timely handover and procession of retail space.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new and less-experienced fit-out staff.
Provide information of tenants and their contractors who may require the assistance of other departments.
Work with development team, project and construction and Engineering teams to ensure site as‑built with provisions and requirements.
Work closely with architect, M&E consultant, structural engineer, building engineers on base building provision and problem solving....
