This role will partner with our Quality team in Australia, Designers, Sourcing Team, and Suppliers/factories to ensure our own brand products are safe, compliant, and great quality for our customers. Acting as a critical technical bridge, this role ensures fits and quality standards are maintained and are aligned to the BIG W standards across our own brand clothing range. By driving supplier empowerment and digital 3D fit innovations in Asia, this role supports the delivery of great value products for our customers.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• This role will partner with our Fit & Quality Partner Aus, Designers, Sourcing Team and suppliers/factories to ensure our own brand products are safe , compliant and great quality for our customers.
• Garment construction experience including pattern making and understanding of grading to drive product fit simplification, Fit and evaluate all samples against tech pack with Stakeholders.
