Position Overview

Responsibilities:


  • Provide health and fitness direction for members and develop excellent rapport while assisting them with their health and fitness goals

  • Supervise and engage throughout the fitness centre to provide attentive and proactive advice and service

  • Ongoing maintenance and cleaning of fitness equipment to ensure equipment longevity

  • Updating program registration and cancellations and answering telephone inquiries

  • Develop and implement educational programs for the members in areas of fitness and exercise that are custom to individual or group needs

  • Participate in ongoing development of Fitness Centre programs and delivery of programs to all members through providing insight and feedback

    • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year post secondary education in the area of Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Personal Training or Health Management
