Job post summary Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year The Role: We are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled Fitter to join our busy Assembly Team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the final assembly and fit-out of heavy steel fuel tanks and bowsers to exacting specifications. Your day-to-day will include: Mechanical Assembly: Fitting components, sub-assemblies, and hardware to steel fabrications. Electrical Installation: Wiring and terminating single and three-phase ancillary systems (pumps, motors, control panels, lighting). Plumbing & Pipefitting: Installing fuel lines, valves, and pipework this is a critical requirement for this role. Testing & Inspection: Pressure testing, electrical continuity testing, and final quality inspections to ensure right-first-time quality.
