This role focuses on structural welding and fitting of very large steel poles used for street lighting and traffic control. You will work in a heavy manufacturing environment, using metalcore and flux core processes to weld large materials and assemble structural components to precise specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform structural welding and fitting on large steel materials to manufacture poles for street lighting and traffic control applications.
+ Use metalcore and flux core welding processes to complete high-quality welds on heavy industrial components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, layouts, and welding requirements for each project.
+ Fit and align large structural components accurately prior to welding to ensure proper assembly and structural integrity.
