Overview:Maintain all facets of the fixed asset process for 5 manufacturing facilities, including maintaining Oracle Fixed Assets, monitoring Oracle Construction-In-Progress, prepare monthly reports, reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger to general ledger control accounts and prepare monthly journal entries.

Responsibilities:


1. Fixed Asset Process

+ Review construction-in-progress related invoices for proper accounting treatment.

+ Add new capital projects to Oracle Fixed Asset Subledger.

+ Review Oracle Mass Additions for proper transfer of invoice lines.

+ Closely monitor Oracle Construction-In-Progress activity and place assets in service on a monthly basis.

+ Review all fixed asset related billings for invoicing errors.

+ Prepare and review all month-end fixed assets activities to include monthly depreciation and month...
