Position Overview

             
    Job Summary:  

   Support fixed asset accounting and general ledger functions within the accounting department.  

   Collaborate with multiple business units for accurate financial reporting.  

   Responsibilities:  

   Assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.  

   Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation.  

   Analyze, review, and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts such as Receivable, Prepaid, and Accrual accounts.  

   Prepare and post correcting journal entries as needed.  

   Maintain fixed asset ledgers, including recording asset additions and disposals.  

   Reconcile fixed asset ledger to general ledger balances.  

   Ensure compliance with asset capitalization policies and guidelines.
