About the Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator who learns quickly, retains information and is accurate in their work. Naturally you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people and problems, often all at the same time.
This is an all-rounder role that will be involved in all aspects of admin in the department. Your primary duties will include providing excellent customer service in our reception area, and the booking of patients.
Daily tasks will include booking patients for appointments using our radiology information system (Karisma) and patient management system (SIPICS)...
